As indicated in previous notifications, updates and communications, the MiPlan IP Enhanced Income Retention Fund is a separate fund comprising side-pocketed assets only and, as such, does not impact upon or have any effect on the MiPlan IP Enhanced Income Fund other than the composite return on investment for historical performance purposes.
This notice is issued in terms of and in compliance with the conditions prescribed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in approving the side-pocketing on the assets in the MiPlan IP Enhanced Income Retention Fund.
